The team at Grits have been very helpful in implementing our new system, it is simple yet powerful! Nothing so far has really stood out as something I dislike about their service though they could be more transparent when things are going wrong (examples being an issue getting access). As mentioned above - we've had great success using this platform for managing payments from different sources into one place allowing us spend less time searching through files/spreadsheets etc which saves tons off admin work each month!!
