Having been a massage therapist for 18 years, I have developed carpal tunnels in both hands and have needed to support my wrists. After waking up every morning with numbness and tingling pain for a month, I looked at many other wrist braces and decided that this material and size was the best fit. For reference: 7" wrist and medium fit perfectly, including a thumb hole which is important for comfort. I started wearing it during leisure time at work, on the laptop, or doing housework. The support feels great .No more stabbing pain.but it has definitely helped relieve the discomfort from repetitive straining in my wrists and hands.Would recommend and buy to my mother with arthritis.
