UPDATE: Following your feedback below, eSamcore has released their new magnetic phone holder. As someone who reviews every product I buy from Revain, I have to say I was very impressed because the company was very responsive for the first time and tried to get it right, although I still gave 3 stars despite my concern have. That alone made me very happy. They then sent me a newer product and sent it with 3M VHB tape and told me I could use that or the magnet would still connect to my vent mount so I could choose what I liked. Preferably. Tried out a new mount today and was very impressed with the stronger magnet. The only thing that was even more impressive was the customer service I received. I have worked in the customer service industry for 8 years and the service I have received has set new expectations for me. I really like companies that try to right the wrongs, but this company did so much more. You went above and beyond and I cannot thank you enough for your attention and attention to detail. If I could I would give them 100/5! I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
