Worked as expected; and saved me about $400 compared to what I originally planned to do (buying a new graphics card with 3 HDMI outputs and a $300 KVM to handle switching 3 monitors between work and desktop laptop I am using a Plugable USB 3.0 dock to provide output to 2 of my 3 HDMI monitors I have 1 HDMI connection, dock and keyboard connected to KVM Both my work laptop and desktop can now display on all 3 Monitors with a single push button switch to switch between laptop and drsktop.
