Great Asset Management Database Software

I like that it is very easy to use and has many different features, which makes it easy to find exactly what you are looking for. I dislike that when you click on the green checkmark, there isn't any confirmation, so you have to rely on your memory of where you were in the document before clicking "Checkmark." Also, sometimes the tool will not recognize if you click on the wrong box, so you have to go back and change it. This software is great for tracking all of our equipment and keeping up with our inventory. It also helps us identify problems with our equipment, and allows us to prioritize repairs. It also helps us keep track of when we need new parts and how long they last. We also used this software to create an asset management database for our company.

Pros
  • Everything seems fairly intuitive once u learn about basic functions such as logging into account etc.and navigating through menus/tabs easily enough..its really straight forward! Its quick too!! Overall pretty good experience overall especially since ive only had one issue thus far while using service now's assets tracker
