I like that they are always looking for new ways to help their clients succeed with our system upgrades - no matter how small or big we need them too! Their team is incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of ERP systems (SAP). They will do everything possible within reason to make sure your business can run smoothly when you're not around. The only downside has been some lag time between upgrade date given by us vs actual implementation dates from TechTeam Solutions/Mercadin. For example if an update was due this month but scheduled 2 months out then it would show up after quarter end which may cause issues because revenue numbers aren't correct until next year's budgeting process begins. It also could lead people into thinking there were more updates than actually occurred since sometimes things get pushed back just so long before release day that customers don't realize what happened. We have reduced errors during quarterly close processes significantly through automation using SAP S4HANA Cloud Edition.
