This board arrived yesterday and we took it straight to the lake to try it out. Really great board! I actually like this one a bit more than my other one. Installation time was literally less than 10 minutes and it was ready to go in the water. It gets really hard and tight (my other one bounces or flexes a little, even at full PSI). Durable, cuts through water well. All in all this is an amazing SUP board and I would highly recommend it! I recommend taking a screwdriver and tightening the screws at the very top of the paddle (where you can adjust the length of the paddle), the other paddle seems pretty solid, the pump works great, the bag is good and everything fits.
