Review on ๐Ÿ“ท Netatmo NSC01US - WiFi Enabled Wireless Indoor Security Camera with Movement Detection by Michael Hale

Decent camera but some flaws

Netatmo Welcome is indeed a decent access monitor with various flexible settings via the app, but we had some glitches when initially pairing the camera to Wi-Fi, even on strong Wi-Fi -Fi Power Fi plus an 8-10 second delay in live broadcasts and device notifications despite being on the same local wireless network. We liked: - Face recognition is definitely a handy feature! - Motion and sound detection is also very useful. - Reliable and easy initial setup means you can simply move on to the next step without having to choose from hundreds of ingredients for your pizza. - There are some detailed details in the app to set up the camera to make it optimal for your pizza. users, and these tweaks are made at small increments so as not to overwhelm even the techies. What we didn't like: - Face recognition takes a little time for the r camera to recognize your face. ** This is not really a negative as we believe ALL systems will require this process. - In our opinion, the sound sensor may not be sensitive enough. - Some network errors during initial setup. A few reps seemed to fix it. - Some delays in live streaming and notifications being sent. (Approximately eight to ten seconds of delay on the same local network with a very strong Wi-Fi signal.) *Our greeting got stuck (for now). If people are detected, face recognition will not be performed. It just sends a "Motion detected" message to the user. I tried to download a live stream but the live stream was not streaming. I restarted the iPhone to fix it but it didn't work. We ended up doing the "network setup" for "hello" again and that seems to have fixed the issue for now.
