The most amazing thing about this service is that they are always available to help me out with anything I need them for, when ever it may be! They have been very responsive throughout my time working here as well has given great suggestions of what services would benefit our business best.

Their customer care team can not do enough in helping you get your job done quickly!! If there was one area where we could improve their product or process its just being able to see everything at once instead having so many tabs open up all over each other making things hard to find sometimes. It's such an easy way to keep track of orders which makes life easier than if i had different files spread across multiple folders/files etc.. We use HLL mainly because of how simple yet efficient & reliable their system really is but also due to some additional features like barcode scanning software (which helps us scan items quicker) plus shipping rates seem much more.
