Does exactly what it's supposed to do. I used it to enable IEEE 802.3af devices. I used the built in POE monitor and made sure the correct power was being used and I wasn't overloading the device. All in all a great product for the money! I like using it in remote scenarios when testing devices in the field. I think this will work fine!
