I bite my teeth at night and my TMJ pain is getting worse. At the suggestion of my dentist, he advised me to try an inexpensive mouthguard and see what benefits it would bring. I was expecting something like this to be a bit rubbery. Not at all. It's just molded plastic. This product is not worth it because it can further destroy the teeth in your skull and jaw.
