This kit is great if you know what you are doing. You need a larger main jet for your carburetor and an aftermarket exhaust system. The scooters they are made for are finicky. One component and you spend more than BBK fixing the update. I had to buy a $100 starter because the compression is so much higher than the stock that the stock starter doesn't rev it at all. Do your research and don't rely on your tube. I increased the weight to 7g and am still getting great results, and the upper is intimidating. Also change the oil frequently during the running-in period. I used 1/2 10w/40 and 1/2 20w50 and about an ounce of 2009 Liqui Moly. Changed the oil today after about 100 miles and no metal shavings and the oil looked like I could go another 500. Good luck with your build.
