Inexpensive: Cylinder Heads

This BBK is great value for money and is as large as you need without prematurely damaging the engine. The metal seems like most Chinese castings, not Honda quality but not bad.

Works great for Motor

Installs in about 3 hours. I have an At-a9 cam, 18mm carburetor with oversized jet and cone air filter. No instructions are included, but installation is easy without them.

Better quality than others

This large diameter conversion kit is MUCH BETTER than other scooter parts sellers. The parts are durable and of the best quality. I live in steep hills and have blown a can and piston twice (very bad compression). I just installed this kit and it works great. The scooter even sounds and drives healthier.

That's a big mistake. Human error is your fault.

I have VIP . I can modify scooter and Gy6 motor blindfolded. I installed it on a new 49cc gy6 engine. See how I've done b4 countless times and none of them caught fire. Unless I made a mistake assembling it. Don't blame the product

High quality and durability

I use them on all my conversions. Make sure your plunger guide clips are secure!. I have rebuilt 2 engines because the piston guide pins have shifted. Lubrication of pistons, rings, piston chamber, toothed chain and stuffing box cam bearings with blue marine grease during assembly. Dry starting can cause damage.

Unbeatable for the price

I received my order faster than expected, I just installed the kit and what's the difference. Yes, you really need to tune the carburetor, at least bore out the main jet, my stock was 82, bored out to about 91, the fuel feed screw was turned down 2 1/2 turns. Now I'm not a little guy at all and this kit woke everyone up.

Very cheap and adds a lot (for a 50) performance.

Very cheap and gives a big (for 50cc) performance boost, my scooter has a looser pipe, 9mm cam and 19mm adjustable Keihin carb but I think that would be it of course. there was a big improvement. When you think of machining to make something as precise as a cylinder and piston, it's really amazing that you can get off-the-shelf parts that cheap, let alone big bore kits. The liner in this cylinder appears to be much thinner than the stock one, but only time will tell if this will cause any…

GET A LITTLE EXPERIENCE IN YOUR STEP

This kit is great if you know what you are doing. You need a larger main jet for your carburetor and an aftermarket exhaust system. The scooters they are made for are finicky. One component and you spend more than BBK fixing the update. I had to buy a $100 starter because the compression is so much higher than the stock that the stock starter doesn't rev it at all.
