Have used this oven LESS than a year; All of my previous toasters (help in the kitchen) were with me for many years before I decided to get rid of them as they were obsolete. First, this oven takes forever to heat up - simple things I want to heat up take 30+ minutes, like small frozen pizzas. It takes more than ten minutes to toast a slice of bread! And now the BAKE function just doesn't work, no light, no heat, just the timer ticking. If I put it on toast it still works but now that big toaster is useless and sitting on my counter. My mom loves Black and Decker and advised me to buy one so I ordered it but now I need to do some research and get another oven ASAP. So disappointing.
