So at first there was what looked like long black hair packed with one of the wash heads, but who really knows. Rough. The pads appear to be of good quality and can be easily replaced. However, the tip used to tighten the pads around your head just hangs there, and if you're the type of person who worries about twisting/slightly scratching your car, the tip can get stuck between the pad and the surface that you're wearing They try to get caught for sure. clean, you have to keep that in mind. Overall this is a pretty good product for the price. 3 cushions, as well as a stand and a head to attach. It is enough.
