Review on SmartConsign by Matt Addison

We've been using this system for years, it's very easy to use with our shipping companies! It is also great that you can have your own carriers as well so we don't need all of them in one account - nice benefit if there are multiple locations or different offices within an organization (i guess I'm not sure about other systems). The only thing i dislike right now from smart consignment was their customer service department; they take forever when responding back compared ot competitors like usps/fedex etc.. but over time things seem better again!! Great software overall though.
