I like how easy it is to use this product as my team does not have experience using outbound campaigns or doing social media management so we rely heavily upon our sales rep's expertise in these areas because of their years working within each industry vertical they manage.

This has been beneficial especially when dealing w/ new prospects who may be less knowledgeable about what makes an effective outreach approach unique from others which can sometimes intimidate them into thinking there are other better solutions than ours available online! It would also help if you could filter by prospect group instead of having all contacts lumped together under one tab but overall great tool - just needs some fine tuning & more training resources given before implementation!! We're able to generate leads through cold emailing via Castanet without needing additional staff dedicated solely towards marketing efforts since most reps already do this part.
