When I first installed it, it screamed and squeaked for the first 30 seconds until the fan kicked on. After a week of research, I found that many Tundra wearers have the same concerns about different belts. Then I searched online for a belt location chart. I wound it wrong on the tensioner. This makes the belt very difficult to put on, but it still goes on. I removed it and routed it properly around the power steering, then around the alternator, then back around the tensioner. Works great now. No noise and was much easier to get to
