Nice knife but too bulky for kitchen use
The 'watermark' on the blade is attractive, as is the handle, but it's actually more of a carving knife, like butchering a chicken or something really hard. I prefer a blade that isn't as wide from top to bottom. I could use it in the garden to trim finished plants or cut things into smaller pieces for composting. The price wasn't bad. I just had no idea how bulky this knife would be. It also doesn't fit my knife blocks. Therefore it becomes a garden tool and not a kitchen tool.
