My wife is such a workout junkie that she tends to go through several sets of resistance bands a year. Keeping in mind that these things wear out, we got these with reasonable expectations, and they seem to have met the expectations without exceeding them.These are latex, which is a basic but functional material for resistance bands. They've worked well for my wife for a number of her typical exercises, and they seem to be of sufficient quality to last for several months.Overall, if you need resistance bands and prefer simple, latex ones, these are as good as any others. It's doubtful they'll be super long-lasting with near daily use, but they've held up so far and will serve their purpose until my wife finds they've worn out and gets another set.
