This digital thermometer is easy to use and very accurate. It is also easy to understand how to use it. It is very light, folds well and fits perfectly in my drawer. I had no trouble understanding how to use it the first time. It helped me a lot when I was making yogurt. You can also switch it from Celsius to Fahrenheit very easily.
