I installed this on my 2010 Ford Fusion Sport 2 days ago. So far everything has been perfect. Calm. It doesn't seem to have as much power as the OEM, but they wanted $202 locally here. I'll update this for reliability if I run into any issues. It fits perfectly and easily installs in 10 minutes if you have the right tools. UPDATE: It is now March 25th, 2017 and the new fan motor is starting to chirp or make the "cricket" noise I should have started with. I'll try to apply for a guarantee, unsubscribe what and how.
