You never get a second chance to make a first impression. The inside of the envelope was very dirty, like someone had returned it. Most of the parts were scattered all over the inside of the case, probably during shipping. This might not be a big problem except the bits aren't labeled what they do and I've never used a router before. So I used the product photo as a reference and I hope I got it right. I certainly hope that the bits are safe to use.
