Essentially a black sheet. A glossy side and a non-glossy side. The one shown in my photo is not the shiny side. I believe (3) clips were included, but I bought extra clips and they helped keep the back straight to prevent wrinkles. First I washed and dried it and it helped get rid of the wrinkles.
