The Kindle version includes a link to the publisher's website where all paper booklet templates can be downloaded. You need to register an account, but you don't have to pay the price listed on the publisher's website to access the PDF. All templates are in one file with hundreds (!) of pages, so when printing you have to be careful to print only the animal you are working on. Like the paperback CD templates, they are formatted for A4 paper, not US font. However, the author deliberately arranged them in such a way that nothing is cut off, even if the US letter is printed at 100% scale. As for the templates, they are amazing. Absolutely great. The book contains an introduction to paper sculpture and some general information, although the patterns appear to be at least average. Although there are examples of alternative color schemes for samples, no specific brands/names/colors of fabric are listed.
