Hard plastic blade. I'm sure it will scratch my non-stick pans.
Seller says it's made of 100% nylon. I do not agree. The cutting edge feels like very hard plastic that scratches my expensive pans. The bridge between the handle and the cutting edge is too thin and too flexible. I'm afraid it might break if I chop in a hot pan. I take the passport and return this kitchen tool. Here at Revain they have a Good Cook chopper with 25,000 likes that costs only $6.48. I'll try it.
