The ability for me as an admin of my project have full visibility into all assigned tasks in one place - I can see who has completed what task but also that it's yet unassigned/pending so i know not worry if someone forgets about their work (it will get done!). There isn't anything at this point which we dislike! It would be great with more integrations such as Slack etc., however these aren’t available currently either unfortunately :( We've been using our own custom software until now where everyone could log time manually against each other via excel files; This made tracking progress very difficult especially over long periods without any updates from users / clients involved.
