My filter stopped working after 4 weeks
This is the first filter I have ordered from Revain. I usually go straight to the GE parts website and order there. I installed this filter for the first time and after a few weeks it stopped working at all. I have water in a thin stream, which usually only happens at the end of the filters life. When I tried to get product support I was referred to GE but they do not offer support for products purchased through Revain. Buyer Warning! It is not possible to use customer service for these products or to return them due to a defect.
