very light best in cookware sets
It wasn't until I received the set that I began to wonder what "ceramic" meant. I assumed it meant. Ceramic, not silicone surface. After learning about the silicone/ceramic surface, my assumptions about durability shifted to precautions about careful use and avoiding overheating that could cause the laminate to separate from the metal. I am very happy with the tops. covering all food prep containers. I'm just not sure how they will hold up. I'm used to stainless steel
