Love it! I've never liked cooking a hamburger, I'm not a fan of big chunks and I didn't like standing there kneading and turning and kneading and turning so attentively. My husband ruined a couple of my decent non-stick pans because he used metal utensils (forks) to smash the meat while frying the burger, now that there are "special tools" I'm hoping to save my pans, lol. The red part is made of soft silicone (similar to the OXO spatula), which is suitable for cleaning the edges of the pan. I first used mine to make a 'hamburger helper', it broke down a hamburger much quicker than anything I've used and also mixed the sauce and noodles into the sautéed meat.
