Bought a medium size for my little 7 year old and it will probably fit with some room to grow. The belt comes to him on the tightest velcro. The hat didn't fit, it was very small so we found another one on Amazon. He didn't try on pants, he just wore gray jeans. Boots were also not tried. He has sensory issues but overall he was very happy with the suit so it must have been comfortable. In general we were very satisfied!
