I like that the bottom icing doesn't drip and doesn't mix well. The mixing paddles stop spinning once they reach the bottom where all the unmixed solids hang so they never mix. No matter how many times you swing the pen, it doesn't mix. Pre-mixing with a spoon gives the result. done, but it's not what I was hoping for.
