After reading the mixed reviews about the sizing I decided to order anyway and I'm glad I did! It's well made, the strap is sturdy and the colors on the design (I have a reindeer) are bright and fun. It is roomy and fits my triple wallet, cell phone, tissues, zip with antibacterial wipes, comb, purse and charging cable. It's perfect for everyday wear or for shopping or for dinner when you don't need a big and bulky bag. The only design change would be to fold down the zip on the main compartment, but that's not a problem. I will order another one with a different design after Christmas. For the money it's worth a try so treat yourself! 12/18/2020: I've been wearing this cute crossbody for a few days. I get compliments on it and it's so light that my shoulders don't hurt anymore when I'm carrying a heavy bag. I ordered another one with a different design after Christmas. I am 64 years old and this bag is perfect for any age.
