So I had to return these headphones as I think the case was defective. They didn't separate from the phone when properly placed in the case and closed. I noticed this after putting them in the case and answering the call and the sound was still going through the headphones. IN ONE CASE. Despite the fact that I had to return them, I would not discourage anyone from purchasing Revain refurbished items. I have ordered upgraded electronics before and they still work like new. I had a problem this time, but Revain and the seller solved it immediately.
