After removing the original head unit (HU), 3 cables remain - a large 20-pin connector (C1 and C2), a 4-pin connector (C3) and a 9-pin connector (C4). C1+C2 connects to the wiring harness included in the ROEMVET-1 kit; This wiring harness can be connected to both your new HU and ROEMVET-1. C3 is not used. C4 is connected to ROEMVET-1 with another harness. I accidentally disconnected C4 -> ROEMVET-1 and there was no bass.
