Third-hand seal, not!
Four stars only because of the third hand seal. You really shouldn't advertise that it's a third-party gasket when it clearly isn't, as the screw holes are too big for the screws to hold the gasket in place. I have used third party spacers in the past and they are far from the same so you have to tape the spacer halfway to keep it from folding while you are trying to install the pallet.
