Review on Hamilton Buhl D132 Classroom Cassette Player - 2 Station, 1 Watt (HA802) by William Pacino

I bought this player/recorder to replace a similar Radio Shack recorder that had been in service for over 20 years. The registrar was sent in a storage box without any protection whatsoever. I examined the radio and found no damage; However, I can tell right away that it was poorly made compared to the old recorder. I decided to give it a chance and started playing my tapes. On the first day of use it damaged two of my cassettes which I couldn't get out of the stuck player. At this point I decided to return the player on credit. Revain said they will refund my purchase price which I want to use to buy a Sony branded cassette player. I personally don't think this turntable can withstand the rigors of a classroom with young children.
