It's a complicated story. The basket arrived on time. The assembly instructions are bad. With a little imagination, the assembly took about 1 hour. Surprisingly, no glue was included to attach the wooden dowels. Towards the end of the assembly, when attaching the top, I discovered that the two front holes were missing. When contacted by Bradley at KART he (the seller) responded very quickly. However, communication with Revane was disastrous. First I was asked to send photos of the problem, which I did immediately. As it turned out, Kart-on didn't get a photo of Revain on either the second or third try. Bradley then emailed me on Kart-it and eventually received the photos which he sent to the manufacturer ZooVilla. A few phone calls later, Bradley replied that ZooVilla had not yet responded. He did what a good account manager would do. He's tired of waiting for ZooVilla, which he's had trouble with in the past. He offered a $50.00 settlement, which I considered a fair offer. I found an alternative way to attach the countertop (carpenter's glue). Conclusion: The ZooVilla box is very good, the assembly instructions are poor, and the assembly system is not very reliable. Kart-it's customer service was very good and the final decision was very fair. I would order from Kart again - thanks to Bradley. I love the ZooVilla product but I would suggest a few design tweaks to make it stand out. All in all it was a disappointing experience but TamTam (my dog) and I are happy. Gerard.
