Review on Lychee AF-2003 Automatic Aquarium Fish Feeder - Vacation Tank Feeder Timer for Auto Feeding during Holidays by Mark Bennett

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Check out the setup video and it's a great feeder!

So at first I followed the instructions I was given and at the time I chose there was no feeding. So I watched the video and watched it and once you understood there are a few more steps to get it working it works really great. I prescribe 2 feedings a day. one at 6 a.m. and one at 6 p.m. The best way to calibrate the amount of food to be released is to do a few trial runs over a paper towel or plate. Move the slider halfway and press the "Inject Now" button. See how much food falls out and adjust from there. All products are different (cereals, chips, granules, etc.) so adapt them to your meal and desired quantity. Attach it to the back of the tank and unclip it. It is battery operated and needs to be powered by batteries but as they say you will check from time to time that it is really working and the batteries are not dead and not feeding your fish. Pretty simple, works great. Watch the full video of this feeder. Several companies with one feeder and different names on it. The one I was looking at is called the Resun AF-2009D Automatic Aquarium Feeder Review and Instructions. He is the same as this one.

Pros
  • ✅Battery operated and easy to clean: Operates with 2 AA batteries (not included). When cleaning the food container, simply take it out, rinse thoroughly with warm water and clean the drum. Make sure the drum is completely dry before adding food.
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared.
