The food gets wet.

Everything seems to be working. The setup is very simple and straightforward. The only problem I found was that I had the feeder installed around 6pm. The next morning around 8am I checked the feeder and all the food got wet and got stuck in the dispenser. I am sure that the problem is not with the feeder but with the setup of my aquarium. It killed my fish and destroyed my aquarium ecosystem. Heartbroken children.

This product is terrible. He killed my fish in 24 hours. This will deliver a huge amount or a minimal amount. Both is still too much when most fish are only fed twice a day. Basically, it's a spinning wheel that picks up food, spins it, and drops it into the water. So it keeps spinning. There was no way to brake the wheel. So at first I followed the instructions I was given and at the time I chose there was no feeding. So I watched the video and watched it and once you understood there are a few more steps to get it working it works really great. I prescribe 2 feedings a day. one at 6 a.m. and one at 6 p.m. The best way to calibrate the amount of food to be released is to do a few trial runs over a paper towel or plate.
