Works great with HomeKit and tracks energy use with its own app. I wanted to see how much power my CPAP draws depending on the settings and attachments used. Since I am planning to buy a camping and power backup battery, I was able to easily track this data. In December I used it with my Christmas tree. I scheduled the tree to turn on and off at sunset and at a specific time. I liked that I could just ask Siri to turn on the tree. (called wood). I've used it for other purposes and unlike some of my other devices, it doesn't require a hub. There's also an easy-to-use switch on the front that needs to be toggled without Siri etc.
