Review on Gr8ware Cup Turner Kit: Silent Motor, 2 Speeds & Blue Epoxy Cup Turner for Crafts Tumbler by Heather Shaw

I've been waiting for this cup spatula. As soon as I received it I immediately reassembled it but found that 3 out of 4 levers work. So I put a hand down and I have about 30 orders per cup and I tried unsuccessfully to get a non-working hand to work. I called Revain and they said to send it back to them but then I would have to wait for a refund, if I don't want to wait for a refund or replacement I could just buy a new one right away and wait for them to solve my refund issues receive. What Revane doesn't see is that I'll eventually be without a cup flipper, and with so many orders, I can't wait to piss off my customers and force them to find someone else. I decided to endure it with only 3 hands. A few weeks later the other hand stopped working, and today the other hand didn't work either. So now I have one of 4 arms working on this $120 machine. If you're looking for something that will last more than a month, keep looking because it's NOT THERE! It's not even close to $120, more like $2, which is generous. I don't have another $120 to buy another while waiting for Revain to refund my original $120 I paid for this junk.
