Review on 🐶 Purina Pro Plan Lamb & Rice Dry Dog Food for Puppies (Packaging May Vary) by Andrea Hemphill

I was given this brand of puppy food after a neighbor and vet told me there was a link between grain free food and an increased risk of heart disease (even in lower risk dogs). So I switched to this one as it was one of the brands the vet told me about as they have certified vet/nutritionists working on the formulas to ensure a healthy and happy pup. My pup loves it since I gave them to him! Some people in the reviews say their dog got sick from the food, but don't explain the reason (e.g. allergies, food expiration date, improper storage, etc.) and essentially some kind of criticism of the brand/ Salesperson. If you think your puppy is ill from the food, talk to your vet about the possible reasons and switch brands if necessary. Sometimes certain brands or ingredients aren't right for your dog and can make them nauseous for a variety of reasons. Just use your common sense to make sure you choose the right food for your pup :) the packaging and I think they changed the ingredients a bit too. So it is not a "fake brand”. The company just made a change and you may need to double check the ingredients between old and new to make sure your pup is okay with these changes.
