The ease of use in connecting your account as well as integrating other platforms such as our CRM (Salesforce) or Marketing tools has been great! I do wish there was more flexibility around how you could filter out information when using certain features but this may be something they are working towards improving? We also found it difficult at first getting used to all these different tabs within one page which made us lose some time trying figure things out - so maybe make them less complex by removing unnecessary options etc.? Also having an option where we were able to add tags/categories would help too!! It's helping improve my workflow especially during day-to-day tasks.
