There are no batteries to buy and recharging them is very simple.

I've only had the hearing aids for a short time, but they've been life changing. I still have plenty to learn but just opening the box, reading the instructions and putting them in was all it took to change my daily functioning and remove my family's frustration with me. There are no batteries to buy and recharging them is very simple. The quality is nice and they are also very affordable. Highly recommended.
