It's a mix bottle! What's not to like?! I bought this as my second blender bottle to keep on my desk for everyday greens (keep my original blender bottle at home). The snap-on lid is airtight, an absolute must when shaking liquids. The lid has a bottle carrying loop that moves independently of the latch for easy handling. The whisk does a great job of breaking up any powders you add. The inside of the bottle has a rounded bottom to prevent the powders from sticking together at the edges. This particular bottle is labeled 6, 10, and 14 oz, although the labeling is arbitrary. There's no straight line showing the exact measurement, which doesn't really matter if you're just mixing with water. This can be an issue if you use milk and care about tracking. I use these blender bottles regularly for my daily veggies. Supplements, pre-workouts, whey protein, collagen peptides, etc. They are incredibly simple and yet serve such an effective purpose. Very portable, lightweight and travel-friendly when you are on the go. They are also easy to clean. I usually rinse with water immediately after use. However, if I leave residual liquid on it for a while, I'll flush it through the top shelf dishwasher and it'll be sparkling clean every time.
