The interface is very user friendly, easy to navigate around in order to access all relevant handovers for my organisation!It has been really helpful with pulling together various documents into one place to ensure everything is up to date at any given time.
It helps that you can see which of our staff have seen each document so there are no surprises when they receive their new copy or version via email rather than having it waiting for them right next door/around the corner etc.Sometimes I find myself needing to do some quick searching using different search terms if something isn't where i thought i would be able to save valuable time in locating what we were looking for again.But this tool does come across as being quite intuitive once familiarised yourself with its functionality.I know that sometimes things go missing but our team now regularly checks over older versions /backups before sending out updates through digital channels.
