I had a standard magnetic float (I mean large or medium and it costs around $25). I saw this one with a small blade in front and a handle and decided to give it a try. Much better! Removes all algae from glass. I have used a handle scraper to fill in what my magnetic float was missing and now that I have this scraper I see no need for this tool. I would spend more to get XL regardless of your tank size (mine is 90g).
