The light is bright enough for cycling, it's more than just light, it's a simple bike computer, speedometer, fitness tracker, horn. I'm not sure how accurate the fitness/bike computer is, but once you get the correct wheel plate in correctly, the speed is within 0.2mph. Customer service is down as I lost my manual (you will need it) and they emailed me a digital form. The only thing I can't figure out is how to change the sound type for the horn. It's just too harsh for passing pedestrians, I'd like the cricket sound which the manual says is capable but doesn't show how to change it. Overall this is a 5 star tasting for me.
