I found the breeder very good. Here's an offer where I saw 2 stars.
Grover is very good. Here's the thing, I saw 2 stars on the board as with any cutter, that's the angle. Hold the handle too straight and it won't cut. Hold it too flat and it will scratch the skin and it won't cut itself. Practice, practice. I've had tools that cost 2 or 3 times as much and weren't the best quality, will definitely order again.
